Terms of Service

DayClose Ghana is a tool for recording and reviewing your shop's sales, payment methods, stock and customer credit, and for closing your day. It is a record-keeping aid, not a financial service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use DayClose. By using the service you confirm the information you give us is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done under your account, including by staff accounts you create. You are responsible for what your staff record and for removing staff access when they leave. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• use DayClose for unlawful activity or fraud;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis to do so;
• resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement.

The business and sales data you enter is yours. You can export your sales, inventory and debtors to CSV at any time. We do not claim ownership of your records.

DayClose is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a record-keeping aid only. It is not certified accounting software and is not GRA-certified e-VAT software. You are responsible for your own tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, and we recommend you confirm important figures with a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DayClose Ghana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on records, calculations or reports in the app, or from any service interruption or data loss. Keep your own backups by exporting regularly.

We offer the following plans:

• Free — GHS 0 / month. Limited sales and products.
• Starter — GHS 50 / month.
• Business — GHS 100 / month.
• Optional setup — a one-time GHS 100 fee to import your products and train your staff.

Prices are in Ghana Cedis and may change. We will give reasonable notice before a price change affects you. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using DayClose and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where required by law. Before you leave, export your records so you keep your history.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
